About the Job
This is not a traditional sales role - you won’t be closing deals. Your job is simple:
✅ Call warm leads (people who have already shown interest).
✅ Ask a few easy questions to make sure they’re a good fit.
✅ Book them in for an appointment with our client’s team.
Think of it like being a wingman - you set up the introduction, make the next person sound like gold, and move on to the next.
💡 Everything is already in place:
You get full scripts to follow with common objections and how to handle them.
We have a CRM system that organizes everything for you.
You’ll be fully trained in a few days - so you’ll never feel lost.
Every lead comes with detailed info - you’ll always know who you’re calling and why.
🔄 What happens when there aren’t leads?
Since this system is brand new, lead volume may fluctuate at first. During slow periods, you’ll help cold call pre-built prospect lists - these are businesses that could benefit from our services but haven’t reached out yet.
This ensures you always have meaningful work to do and keeps the role valuable for both of us.

What You’ll Be Doing
📞 Calling warm leads who have already shown interest in our client’s offer via ads.
🗣 Following a simple script to ask a few questions and book them in for a meeting.
⚙️ Updating the CRM (our system) so everything stays organized.
❄️ Cold calling prequalified contact lists when there aren’t new warm leads to speak to.
📅 Handling reschedules and confirming appointments to make sure people show up.
📢 Refine and improve scripts and processes as we learn what works.
