About the Job
We are looking for an empathetic and organised Client Success Manager to act as the dedicated communicator with our clients. This role is pivotal in ensuring client satisfaction and aligning their needs with our team’s capabilities. The ideal candidate will be passionate about understanding client needs and translating them into actionable plans for the team.

Responsibilities of the Role
You’ll be placed as the liaison between our maverick team and our brilliant clients. Your job will be to understand the clients unique needs, circumstances and desires and help MOD to be their unfair advantage to solving their problems and making their goals reality. Here’s a breakdown of your responsibilities:
Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
Empathy and Understanding: Develop a deep understanding of each client’s business, their goals, and challenges.
Expectation Management: Set and manage client expectations regarding deliverables and timelines.
Team Coordination: Communicate client needs and expectations to the internal team, ensuring alignment on project goals.
Client Satisfaction: Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address any issues that may arise.
Reporting: Provide clients with regular updates and reports on campaign performance and project status.
Relationship Building: Maintain a detailed understanding of client business events to manage sensitivity and provide timely, relevant support.
Value Addition: Identify opportunities to add value for clients that are easy for us to implement but significant for them.

Requirements

Organisational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
Problem-Solving Skills: Proactive in identifying issues and implementing solutions.
Team Collaboration: Comfortable working closely with a team and communicating client needs effectively.
Experience in Client Management & Marketing: Prior experience in a similar role is highly preferred.
Attention to Detail: Meticulous in managing client information and project details. You cannot allow for things to be forgotten or incomplete.
