About the Job


We are looking for a veteran and driven Media Buyer to manage ad spend and deliver outstanding results for our clients. This role is critical in driving the success of our ad campaigns and ensuring our clients achieve their growth objectives. The ideal candidate will be a maverick who knows the platforms inside out and understands exactly how to structure campaigns using every possible advantage.

Responsibilities of the Role


You’ll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimising paid ad campaigns across various platforms. Your job will be to understand client objectives, create effective ad strategies, and ensure the highest possible ROI. Here’s a breakdown of your responsibilities:


  • Campaign Management: Launch, monitor, and optimise ad campaigns on Facebook, Google, and other platforms.

  • Audience Targeting: Perform audience research and build custom audiences for targeted and retargeted ad campaigns.

  • Strategy Development: Conceptualise and strategise ad campaigns using information from funnel strategies, team conversations, client input and client websites.

  • Performance Analysis: Analyse campaign performance data and use insights to improve results.

  • Creative Collaboration: Work closely with the creative team, giving them insights on best-performing creatives in order to further develop more compelling ad copy, graphics, and videos.

  • Technical Setup: Install tracking pixels, set up events, and ensure proper campaign tracking.

  • Trend Monitoring: Stay updated with the latest trends and changes in the digital advertising landscape.

  • Reporting: Provide the clients and team with regular updates and detailed performance reports.

Requirements


  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.

  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Strong analytical skills and the ability to infer insights from data to optimise campaigns.

  • Audience Focus: Ability to deeply understand target audiences and tailor campaigns to their needs and behaviours.

  • Organisational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.

  • Problem-Solving Skills: Proactive in identifying issues and implementing solutions.

  • Team Collaboration: Comfortable working closely with a team and communicating client needs effectively.

  • Experience in Client Management & Marketing: Prior experience in a similar role is highly preferred.

  • Expert Knowledge of Ad Platforms: Proficiency with Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and other relevant platforms.

  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous in managing campaign details and performance metrics.

  • Platform Mastery: In-depth knowledge of ad platforms and the ability to leverage every possible advantage to structure high-performing campaigns.
